Antonio D. Scott
Antonio D. Scott is a nationally respected organizational strategist and public affairs leader whose career bridges government, education, and nonprofit sectors with a focus on systems change, racial equity, and strategic execution. Recently appointed Chief of Staff at Black Men Vote PAC and its affiliated organizations, Antonio brings to the role a decade of experience mobilizing political power, building institutional capacity, and leading high-impact advocacy initiatives for Black communities.
A West Tennessee native, Antonio has advised presidential campaigns, shaped education and economic policy, and served as a chief architect of critical convenings for mayors, bankers, and superintendents alike. He previously served as National Mayors Director for the Harris for President campaign, where he engaged over 300 mayors in advancing the administration’s legislative priorities. He also held senior leadership roles at the African American Mayors Association and the National Bankers Association, directing multi-year strategy, managing executive operations, and launching equity-focused tools to help Minority Depository Institutions combat the racial wealth gap.
